Main Functions:
Control function: Payment of water fee through card buying or recharging, water fee default behavior avoided
Enquiry function: LED Screen displays the recharged volume, remaining volume, accumulated volume, convenient for user's check
Protection function: In case of default voltage, power dump or outer magnetic interference valve will shut automatically
                                      Alarm alert: Alarm alert timely under situations of under voltage, shortage of the remaining volume, wrong operation and magnetic interference
