Separation and combination of the machine

A:Control of separation and combination of machine units is electrically, with alarm to keep the safety of operating personnel.

B:There is friction clutch on the transmission shaft, to avoid damage the machine when operation.

C:Pneumatic interlock device.

Front edge idler wheel feeding system

A Suction feeder. Fan: 11 kw. The air volume can be adjusted according to the camber of the

paperboard to keep feeding smoothly.

B There is interlock control clutch in the slotting unit to control the scram feeding.

C Cylinder drives sheets up and down. It acts fast and easily.

D  Front edge idler wheel feeding system

Printing roller (plate roller)

A Outer diameter: Φ390.6mm (it is Φ405mm including the plate.)

B Surface of roller is grinded and hard chrome-plated.

C Treated with balance correction, runs steady and smoothly.

slotter knife block translation adjusting system

A Diameter of axle: Φ156mm, surface-grinded, hard chrome plated. It is steady when move.

B Width of slotter knife: 7mm.

C Slotting knife. Alloy steel. After heating and grinding treatment. Tooth shape blade. Hardness and toughness are all good.

D Trimming knife. Alloy steel. After heating and grinding. Knife-edge is sharp. High precision.

E  Creasing wheel and slotting knife block are adjusted electrical machinery conjoined.
