SJMS (Co-Rotating) parallel twin-screw granulating machine

Summary: This production line includes the processes of mixing, supplying, feeding, extruding and granulating. The machine adopts hot-granulating, water cooling, circle cooling and fan conveying as one whole, realized automatically and continuously working and high output capacity. It adopts frequency control for the granulating speed to meet the material requirements and has the function of electric-saving.

The machine can be installed on plane as it takes small space with compact structure. The temperature control mode is section closed-loop in the production. The temperature of milling machine, feeding device and extruder are controlled separately according to the process requirements by separately-heated and separately-cooled.

Adopting twin-propeller extrusion feeding, the feeding device is in great feeding capacity. It is especially suitable for feeding the conglomerate material directly after mixing by the internal mixer.
