This unit is professional line to produce PVC plastic profile product, including doors and windows series profile product, board/ sheet product, PVC foaming profiles and decorative plates.

The line does not need collect grain. It can produce profile production directly after mixing material and wood powder.

Milling → Mixing → Extruding → Mold → Product → Calibrating → Hauling off→ Cutting off→ Embossing or polishing→ Final product
