Cold room are widely used in food process factory, dairy factory, pharmaceutical factory, chemical factory, fruit and vegetable warehouse, egg storage, hotel, supermarket,  hospital, blood bank, troops and laboratory.

Cold room has the following features:

Cold room panels factory

 

Our cold room panels factory, it’s located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, near Baiyun International Airport. The cold room panels are manufactured here with the raw material like color steel plate, stainless steel 304, galvanized sheet, polyurethane foams. Also we brought in lots of advanced machines to achieve automatic production, thus improve production efficiency and guarantee the panels quality.

Cold room panels thickness usually made according to the room temp, and the sized can be customized.

2. Condensing uint

This series products feature box type structure with hermetic and semi-hermetic compressor, that is compact and pleasant looking, applicable to cold display cases, cold storage rooms, ice producers etc. The applicable temperature ranges are: -5°C~ -10°C and -10°C~-18°C. They can be used in hotels, restaurants, medicines, agricutural, chemicals industries all other place where cold storage is needed..

We have 3 compressor brand types for your choice: German bitzer, American Copeland and French Maneurop.

 

 

 

3. Air cooler

According to the room temp, the air cooler has 3 types:

DL type air-cooler is mainly applicable to about 0°C fresh-preserved storages; 

DD type air-cooler is mainly applicable about -18°C cold storages; 

DJ type cooling fan is mainly applicable to quick-freezing storages below -25°C.  

 

Features of the air cooler are as following:

 

1 This kind of air-cooler is specially designed for preservation, refrigeration and cold storages 

 

2) The shell is made of quality steel plate; sprayed plastic surface is anti-corrosive, and its appearance is handsome 

 

3) Coiled pipes are mechanical expanding tubes in staggered arrangement; therefore, copper tubes and aluminum sheets are combined closely, and ensure good effect of heat exchange, electrical heating tubes made of good stainless steel are distributed evenly in coiled pipes, and thus ensure excellent defrosting effect.

 

4) Electrical heating tubes are defrosted by cosely connecting electrical aluminum bushing and holes of fins as a result, heat is dissipated easily, and thus fan boasts long service life 

 

5) Long-distance air supply ducts can be used according to customers' requirements
