Function: Make the compressed rubber inner tube into the shape by electric heating and then sulphurating.
Components: Five units of clamp mould and two pneumatic cyclinders.
Performance: Ball mould opens by air pressure. Machinery interlock works by air pressure. The size of mould can be adjusted by the nut.
Air Pressure Components: ''TIANHE' pneumatic cyclinder made in Taiwan and ''SHAKO'' electromagnetic valve.
Electrical Apparatus: ''YUSHENG'' mechanical valve. ANLY timer.
Control Box: Each ball mould controls the opening individually. When the mould opens, the inner tube is sulphurated to be hardened(automatically done within the time set by the timer). Air inflation and exhausting by sulphurating is controlled by air pressure valve.
