Deep hole drilling and boring machine is the dedicated model for processing the non-cylindrical workpiece. It adopts the way of workpiece fixing and tool rotating & feeding. The bed body has enough rigidity and big load capacity. Feed system is driven by AC servo motor; the workpiece is mounted on T-slot workbench, it is suitable for machining square or irregular parts. The machine can perform drilling, boring and rolling process of deep hole parts.
The workpiece is clamped and fixed through hydraulic force by oil feeder. The running state is displayed by meters, and the operation is very safe and reliable.
