1. Why my family can`t connect the camera?
The camera can record the conneced user,so if orther devices need add the camera,you can link by manual control rather than wifi.

2. Why other customer can't connect the camera after test?
We need reset the camera after test,so that other user can add the camera.

3. Why my app can`t search and add the camera after the reset?
If your EyeCloud add the camrea and reset the camera aleray,you need delete the record before you add the alarm camera again.

4. What's your payment terms?

5. How to delivery the products?
We packing the products and then delivery them by DHL,UPS,FedEX and etc.

6. What’s your MOQ and delivery time?
A. For the first order, we have no limit for the quantity; after sample order, the MOQ is 30pcs.
B. For delivery time, if you need one sample, our delivery time is 3-5 days. Or if more than MOQ, delivery time is 5-15 days.
