Why it can not be turned on ?
a) Please charge the BTT026N.
b) The battery will enter the sleep mode if theBTT026N hasn’t been use for a long time. Then the red LED will on after charging for 30 minutes.
2.Why BTT026N can’t pair and connect to a Bluetooth device?
Make sure the audio mode is right. In TX mode, it can only pair with Bluetooth receiver. In RX mode, it can only pair with Bluetooth transmitter.
And both should in available range
3.In TX mode, why Bluetooth receiver can’t receive any sounds?
a) Make sure the audio plug connect well with player;
b) Make sure player is playing music.
c) Make sure the volume of player in suitable level
4.In RX mode, why playing music is bad?
a) Make sure the audio plug of BTT026N connect well with speaker;
b) Make sure BTT026N and playing within effective range
c) Make sure no other blocks between BTT026N and playing.
