 Usage

YAW-300 Cement Compression Machine is mainly used in the project construction such as the railroad, road, bridge, port, high-rise etc. This tester is mainly used for the compression, flexture and splitting strength test to the mortar, air brick, cement, cement product, firebrick, engineering ceramics, engeering plastic and product, stone, wood, sand, and other materials.

Structure

YAW-300 Cement Compression Machine consists of mainframe, oil pump, high precision digital servo valve, YAW-300 electro-hydraulic measuring and controlling system, computer, screen, and so on.

Bearing part is frame structure, the two column integrates the upper and lower beams with nut and fixed on the bedplate. There is dust cover in the middle of piston guard plate and oi cylinder. There is material disk on the guard plate for chip removal after crushing. The oil cylinder fixed in the middle of lower beam and piston are the main parts of the machine. They are with special fit clearance.

The bearing part is composed of bedplate, soleplate and six columns, bearing the bearing part, control frame part, motor pump and oil cylinder.

Control cabinet, oil pump, high precision electro-hydraulic digital servo valve, oil source, sending and return valve.

Fix the oil pump on the bottom-left of the control cabinet after connected to the electric motor. The oil source is placed on the soleplate. The high precision digital servo valve is fixed on the lower part of control cabinet seperately. Test control cabinet is fixed on the bedplate. The oil pump is vertical axis type axial piston pump. When loading, the high pressure oil enters into the filling valve and digital servo valve or operating button control digital servo valve. The control keyboard can adjust the oil mass to the oil cylinder to reach the requested load speed. It unloads when the oil back to the box.

Test force control system

YAW-300 digital electric power measuring and controlling control system adopts the high precision digital servo valve. It is with the function of force closed-loop control. It fulfills the equal load rate loading and equal stress rate loading. It is with the high control accuracy and good reliability, fully conformed with the standards of GB, SIO, ASM, and so on. Also the test request of material, such as cement, concrete, etc, especially for the test place of long time continue operating.

3. Main technical parameters

Security protection

Test force safety apparatus: the electric motor stops when the temperature raises over the set value if the test force is 2%-5% higher than the max. test force of every level, or the output of the transducer reaches to the highest, because of the thermorelay on the electric plate.

YAW-300 Cement Compression Machine adopts the high precision electro-hydraulic digital servo valve for controlling the loading with the functions of automatic and manual loading. It finishes the complete test automatically controlled by a micro-computer according to the stress rate and preset curve. It has the function of dynamic displaying the speed, time and test curve.
