Vacuum Casting Services

 

With 8 years’ experience in vacuum casting, we deliver performance cast parts through to accurate multiple components for pre-production assembles.

 

Using an SLA master or a machined part, a silicone tool is produced and then processed in our vacuum casting machine.

 

The range of materials available are designed to mimic ABS, PP and PC Elastomers. The different resins in the range produce parts that can be clear UV stable, heat resistant, flame retardant or flexible.

 

Resins can be tinted or pigmented to your sample, glass filler can be added to stiffen parts, components can be over molded and also a spray finish can be applied.

 

Vacuum Casting Machine

A vacuum casting machine can be used for producing precise silicone tools for casting elements having outstanding details and extremely thin walls. Vacuum castings are exact copies of shapes, dimensionally correct without any imperfections, and with just about every profile and texture consistently modelled.

Vacuum casting calls for a starting expense of the vacuum chamber with two sections. The top section performs the blending in the resin. The lower does the casting with the resin into the mould.
