1.Which kinds of materials can you fabricate for sheet metal parts?

In general,EbyTon can procee the following sheet metal materials:SPCC, SPHC, Aluminium plate,

SGCC,copper plate, SECC, stainless steel, round tube, square tube, rectangular tube.

2.What is the maximum thickness of part can you do?

For CNC punching:

--4mm for Aluminum

--3mm for SPCC,SPHC,SGCC,copper plate, SECC

For CNC Bending:

--0.5mm--4mm for all kinds of materials

3.What is the minimum thickness for welding?

Thickness below 0.8mm is difficult to weld.

4.What is the processing procedures for sheet metal fabrication?

EbyTon proceed one project as following seps:Drawing working out by engineer

Package:

Usually customized carton box or wooden box for sheet metal network cabinet.First with stretch film covered

inside,then wrap with thin foam outside, then input products into the box in order ,with crate ouside.

Shipment:
