This moulding silicone rubber parts is made from silicone material via compressing steel mold,it's a part of a hair straightener protoype designed by a client of EbyTon.The manufacturing of parts takes only 1-3 days,while the steel mold building needs about 10 days.The hardness and color tone are matched per clients' specific requirements.The production life of the simplified steel mold is about 100-200pieces.
Package
Mainly wooden box and carton box.Carton box is what we usually use for this moulding silicone rubber parts.Yet it depends on the size and weight of the products .
For parts with special surface treatment,like painting,silk-screen printing,anodizing and
chroming,etc,
in order to avoid damages to the surface caused by the heated plastic packing or vapour,
we'll wrap them up with paper first ,and then pack with white foam at outer side,then put
into the carton.
