This is a plastic mock up parts for a baby seat fit on bicycle through some belt and joint,special designed appearance and structures makes baby safely fixed at the seat when travling outside.It was splitted while machinig ,then glue together.as it is for appearance and structure test,no special requirements on strength ,so for cost saving ,Client and EbyTon made the agreement to make it by pieces.

Mainly wooden box and carton box.wooden box is what we usually use for this cnc abs mock up parts prototype.Yet it depends on the size and weight of the products .

For parts with special surface treatment,like painting,silk-screen printing,anodizing and

chroming,etc,

in order to avoid damages to the surface caused by the heated plastic packing or vapour,

we'll wrap them up with paper first ,and then pack with white foam at outer side,then put

into the carton.
