tolerance can be ensured at +/-0.1mm. Moreover, with CNC engraving machine, EbyTon can make

can provide:Paint, polish, silk-screen printing, anodize, transparent surface, translucent surface, brush, 

rubber oil, electroplate(chrome plating,copper plating,nickle plating,etc)

For Plastic Parts, can be painted, polished,silk-screened and electroplated for presentation purposes and aesthetic properties;and can be finished and 

processed to achieve different mechanical properties, according to customers' requirements.

Apart from cnc machining, EbyTon can make plastic parts via vacuum casting,SLA,SLS and 3D printing

Package & Shipping:

Mainly wooden box and carton box.Wooden is what we usually use for plastic car part with chrome plating.Yet it depends on the size and weight of the products . For parts with special surface treatment,

like painting,silk-creen printing,anodizing and chroming,etc,in order to avoid damages to the surface 

caused by the heated plastic packing or vapour, we'll wrap them up with paper first ,and then pack with 

white foam at outer side,then put into the carton or wooden box.
