The raw material we select is all the alloy seamless steel pipes which are produced by the domestic and international well-known steel enterprise like TPCO,BaoSteel,Hengyang Valin Steel and Timken.The pipe’s both ends are upsetted after detection,then for the pipe body heat treatment and friction welding . The QC method includes hardness,metallurgical structure and physical property test before painting and packing for the drill pipe.
