Hot Recycling Road Maintenance truck for thermal regeneration asphalt pavement consists of chassis for category II automobile together with asphalt tank and pipeline system, thermal regeneration stirring kettle, feed mechanism, motive power, dust removal, electric control, hydraulic driving system, etc. Inside the asphalt tank, there are heat conducting oil flame tubes for heating and heat preservation of asphalt which uses burner for heating of heat conducting oil, featuring rapid temperature rise and even heating to prevent aging and coking of asphalt; Tank outside is wrapped with aluminum silicate heat insulation layer to prevent heat loss and protect operators safe; specially design asphalt pipeline boasts functions of self-priming oil supply, cycled heating, spraying and so forth. Outside asphalt pipeline employs heat conducting oil for heat preservation featuring sound effect and the pipeline will not easily block. According to construction conditions, manual spray gun can be adopted to spray emulsified asphalt or hot asphalt as a bonding layer, or spray asphalt into to the stirring kettle during waste material regeneration or on-site mixture of new material. After construction, asphalt pump and pipeline system are washed with high-pressure air instead of diesel washing, which is low-carbon and environmentally friendly. Thermal regeneration stirring kettle equipped with high-power burner integrates aggregated heating and forcible mixture, featuring rapid heating and high thermal efficiency i.e. heat one boiler of cold materials (or waste materials) to application temperature (140-160ºC under standard working conditions) only takes 10min. in average. Stirrer inside is installed with forcible stirring blade that produces even stirring, full combination of asphalt and aggregate, quality mixture in comparison to drop type mixture of horizontal rotary drum used in traditional maintenance truck, which completely satisfies construction requirements of hollow spot repair.
In addition, large-power assistant engine is equipped to provide power for above working devices; working device employs hydraulic transmission with function of external hydraulic power output to provide power output to other auxiliary attached machines and tools such as hydraulic pickax, etc.; Efficient dust pelletizing system reduces emission of dust into atmosphere thus purifying construction environment; electric control system provides auto-weighing; as well as advanced control functions like asphalt proportioned setting.Main Technical and Performance Parameters
