1. As the upgration of hand-pushed thermoplastic road marking machine, it is mainly used for marking convex reflective lines on expressways, city streets and parking lots.
2. Hand-pulled or electric start four stroke air cooled gasoline engine (options: electric start petrol or diesel engine or the liquefied gas engine) and imported original variable speed transmission system equipped with automatic brake device enable the machine to run stably and be operated easily with less noise.
3. It uses imported specially-made marking shoe which is high-temperature (2000℃) resistant and wear resistant, alloy steel frame(screeding structure), and imported hard tungsten alloy cutter head. Exquisite production process ensures its sound sensing property, wear resistance and firmness, and ensures the convex parts to be more even and marking lines to be more straight and pretty.
4. The variable(automatic quantitation) glass bead broadcaster synchronous with the paint screeding system ensures the glass beads to be spayed more even and be used more economically. The sparying width of glass bead can be adjusted freely.
5. It uses specially-made rubber tyres which are wear resistant, aging resistant and high-temperature resistant. The lockable positioning device on rear tyre ensures the marking machine to run in a straight way or turning a corner smoothly.
6. Microelectronic intelligent control system (PLC) can pre-set many line types and can also adjust the quantity, length, height and spacing of convex parts according to customers’ requirements. (standard convex height: 3-7mm).
7. It uses the solid-welded base whose surface has been chromate plated or coated with high-temperature resistant material, and is equipped with imported high-speed bearing which enables the machine to be light and operated easily.

Yes, of course. We can provide free paint samples, for the laboratory testing or actual testing, but you need to pay the postage.
If you need samples of road marking paint, please contact our sales engineer or leave a message to us, please tell us which kind of road marking paint that you need, how much do you need, and the recipient's name, address, postcode and telephone number.
Once we receive your information, we will promptly contact you to confirm the information and postage, and prepare the paint samples for you.

1. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
Total amount <=USD50,000; 30% T/T as deposit in advance, 70% T/T balance before ship out; or 100% T/T.

2. L/C (Letter of Credit)
Total amount >USD50,000; 100% L/C; or 30% T/T as deposit in advance, 70% L/C at sight.
In international trade, T/T is a normal, fast and convenient payment terms. Many of our clients prefer to use this method. And here please note that, we only accept confirmed, irrevocable sight L/C, and must open by the big international bank.

Small and Medium Size Machine: Plywood packing, custom fumigation free; ship by sea or air.
