After-sales

1. Products are tested strictly before delivery, please install and operate carefully according to the operating instruction.  

2. Please do not open the bed to check its inside.

3. Please do not dismantle, repair and remould the machine by self.

 Warranty

1. one year for the machine (start from the purchase day)

2. Please notice that the problems should be not caused by man-made factors or operating incorrect.

3. For below situation, need to pay for the repairs:

  a. Operating incorrect.

  b. Due to fire, earthquakes and floods and other natural factors.

  c. Remould the machine.

  d. Caused by other reasons not related with the product.
