Features

7.The cabinet feel on the bottom not only protect the cabinet from being damaged, but are also favorable for being moved by forklifts conveniently.

Drawer Specification

1.The drawer height is determined based on the multiple of 25mm, ranging from 50mm to 400mm. Multiple specifications are available for selection.

2.The number of drawers can be randomly determined within the range permitted by the cabinet. The total height of configurable drawers equals to the difference of the cabinet height and 100mm.

3.Within a cabinet ,the drawers can be equipped with all monorils, double rails or mixed configuration of monorails and double rails.

4.All drawers with a height of 50mm can only be designed with monorail.

Production Process

Cutting: According to the design-drawings, the steel sheets(open and flat) are cut into the different sizes by the high-accuracy machines, without error and burrs

Pressing: The CNC machine tools and other machine tools work with the big-scale moulds together to realize the standard and

flowline production, which assure the production efficiency and quality

Bending: Skilled manpower and advanced facilities make sure the clear lines and perfect appearance

Welding: Locate the work pieces into the fixed mould, firmly weld with CO2 shielded welding or argon-arc welding and then conduct

slag removing and polishing.

Coating: All the sheet material parts will go through 13 treatments of water cleaning, acid-washing, phosphating etc. The importing

automatic spray facilities and top-quality powder promise the coating to be flat and smooth, non-toxic and smell

Installation: To ensure the firmness of every screw, the installation work shop adopts pneumatic tools to conduct mass and flowline production

Packing: Strict and special testing before packing and storage to make sure the percentage of the pass.
