 Q2:What's the MOQ,can i have a sample order?

 A2:300/500pcs for wall charger,and first time 1-5pcs for quality testing is available.

 Q3:How about colors?can i customize my color(moq)?

 A3:In general 2-5 kinds colors for each car charger model in stock.can customize your color as Pantone color no.,moq is 1000pcs each color.

 Q4:How to proceed if i want to imprint my logo on the wall charger?

 A4:First,you send us your logo file,then we will design a imprint effect images for your confirmation, if it is ok,we will print a sample to send you or take a picture to you.if all is ok,we will start mass production.

 Q5:How about your  packing?Can you make OEM packing?

 A5:less than 1000pcs,will use our neutral packing(blister/paper box),more than 1000pcs,can customize your packing.

Q6:What's your usb wall charger lead time?

 A6:For samples:3-7 working days;mass producing:7-25 working days(depend on your qty)

 Q7:How about your after sales-service?

 A7:1.Warranty:12 months
       2.Return Policy:if there is defective in warranty because of the quality,we will offer free replacements to you,and we will pay the freight.

Q8:Could you send  free  samples?

A8:Samples can be free 1/2 pcs.but the customer need to pay the freight.or can send you by your Fedex/TNT/UPS/DHL account.
