Q2: What's the warranty and faulty goods terms?

A2: Three years. If any faulty goods caused by our quality problems, we will help you find the problem and solve it or we will replace it for you. The replacement will be delivery by courier if it's urgent and we bear the courier, if it's not urgent, it can be delivered with next order.

Q3: Why the floor lights are not too bright?

A3: Because our floor/ deck lights/ luminares are mainly used as floor decoration light and to foil atmosphere, it should not be too glaring.

A10:  All our floor/ ground lights are offered with our neutral color box or white box. OEM logo can be printed and special package such as blister package can be customized as per customer request with different cost. And if you can meet our quantity requirements, the customized packing can be made for you free of charge.
