Product Description

Drive roller pulley is devided into the light, medium, heavy duty three type according to the load capacity. At the same time, there are several different kinds of diameter and center span for selection; Roller drum surface has bright appearance, herringbone or argyle coated rubber cover. Herringbone pattern rubber surface has large friction coefficient, good drainage performance, but there is directivity for it. Argyle rubber surface is used for two-way operation of conveyor. For important operationg occasions, you must choose vulcanized rubber coated surface; Explosion-proof measures should be adopted when the operation with flame retardant, flame-proof occasions. Bearing block is divided into integral type and splited type, and oil cup is addopted for grease lubrication.

Working conditions:

1. The working temperature is from -15 ℃ to 40 ℃;

2. The height is not more than 1000 meters above sea level,

3. The temperature of the conveying material should be less than 60 ℃;

4. Voltage 380 v, frequency 50 hz.
