Polymer composite concrete foaming agent

Description

1.Concrete foam agent use high quality natural plant polymer materials as raw materials, it is produced 

after a series of complex chemical reaction; 

2.Not sensitive to hard water, non-toxic, tasteless, nonsediment. PH value is close to neutral, non-corrosive to cement and metal, environment friendly.

The foaming agent is easy for storage, non-perishable; it has rich and stable foam.

3.The foam is stable, bubble diameter is small, most suitable for the production of ultra-low-density foam concrete. 

With good pouring stability and high strength, it is the new environmental protection and efficient 

cement foam agent. Such foaming agent is widely used in Germany, Japan, Korea, the United States and Italy

Applications:

The foam cement floor heating insulation layer, roof insulation layer, inside and outside the building block of

 infill walls; soundproof walls, the foam cement works.

Dosage proportion:

 Water: concrete foaming agent (KG)     50- 60kg: 1kg

Water: Cement                        0.6-0.7kg: 1kg  

Use-method:

If you wanted produce 1 cubic meters concrete

1.At first mixed 0.5kg concrete foaming agent mixed with 30kg water.and after mixted well, then use fomaed 

machine foaming this mixture.and then added this foam to the mixed concrete
