1)If we are the first cooperation, we need to charge te samples and shipping fee. 

   the sample fee will full return hen bulk orders. 1- 7days for sample   2- 15-30 days for mass production

2)If you become our old customer, we will send you new designs 

   and won’t charge you the sample ee and shipping fee.
