About Starnec:

    Founded in 1975 at Taipei, Taiwan, we have been specialized in manufacturing/exporting various kinds of SMT Machines, consumerable, spare parts, nuts, bolts, and other small hardware and accessories.  For over more than 20 years, we have been satisfying our customers in South East Asia, South America, Central America, North America, Europe, and the Middle East with our fine products.

We also do OEM business in addition to our manufacturing/exporting business.  We do research and development for our customers using our experience and knowledge.  We welcome any samples for research and development if a decent quantity is provided.

Since 1995, we have started purchasing products from companies in the U.S. such as Sterling, Jamesco, Price Pfizler, Rigid Tool, etc. and then resale to our customers in the Far East Asia.

In the last couple years, we have decided to form Starnec Technology Corporation as purchasing office in Shenzhen to further expand our product lines.

Featuring self-contained factories in China that include High Speed SMT, Dicasting, Tooling and Plastic Injection machines, we are able to design, assemble, manufacture and test product in a timely manner, ensuring our customers stay ahead of the supply demand.

At Starnec Technologies, quality is not only a mindset, but also a formalized system. We continually improve our products, service and processes using our company-wide quality management system to maintain control of quality throughout every step of production.

Our division of the quality control process into three separate processes to ensure the quality of our products.

 

 

Incoming Quality Control

It is the job of the IQC process to conduct inspections and handle quality problem before the assembly process starts. We inspect incoming raw materials to make sure it pass our quality standard.

 

 

Tasks of IQC Department include:

· Perform sampling and monitor all incoming shipment

· Survey certified vender constantly

· Evaluate supplier quality record

 

In-Process Quality Control

Our IPQC Department supervises the quality system during assembly process to detect and handle problems during assembly process

 

 

Tasks of IPQC Department include:

· Inspect assembly process to meet SOP and Schematics.

· Perform inspections on assembled and in-process materials

· Electronic conductivity and functionality test with testing equipment

 

Final Quality Control

FQC is the final quality control process before shipment. Therefore, it is important for us to ensure our shipment is defect-free.

 

 

Tasks of FQC Department include:

· Perform visual and functional inspection

· Apply sampling based on the MIL-STD-105E standard.

· Submit failure analysis reports and alert engineering staff.

• What kind of warranty do you offer for your Feeder?
  • Unlike many Recycle Vender who sell the Used Feeder as it is, all of our feeder are tested in extreme condition to make sure it pass our quality standard.  Depends on type of feeder  we offer warranty up to 1 year.  For any defective issue within warranty period, send it back for repair and we will cover the return shipping!

     

• Do you carry Repair part for Siemens feeder?
  • We have all the compatible repair part instock for your Siemens feeder repair; From a small screw to a complete unit, name it and we got it.  Please go ahead and send us an inquiry and we will let you know our availability.

     

• What happen if the Feeder does not meet my quality expectation?
  • We offer 14 days satisfaction guarantee, if our feeder does not meet your quality expectation within the period, send it back and we will issue full refund.
