Our division of the quality control process into three separate processes to ensure the quality of our products.
Incoming Quality Control
It is the job of the IQC process to conduct inspections and handle quality problem before the assembly process starts. We inspect incoming raw materials to make sure it pass our quality standard.
Tasks of IQC Department include:
· Perform sampling and monitor all incoming shipment
· Survey certified vender constantly
· Evaluate supplier quality record
In-Process Quality Control
Our IPQC Department supervises the quality system during assembly process to detect and handle problems during assembly process
Tasks of IPQC Department include:
· Inspect assembly process to meet SOP and Schematics.
· Perform inspections on assembled and in-process materials
· Electronic conductivity and functionality test with testing equipment
Final Quality Control
FQC is the final quality control process before shipment. Therefore, it is important for us to ensure our shipment is defect-free.
Tasks of FQC Department include:
· Perform visual and functional inspection
· Apply sampling based on the MIL-STD-105E standard.
· Submit failure analysis reports and alert engineering staff.
