Waste plastic treatment plant working process details 

(we take 10tons of normal material (a little wet) as example)

If used very wet material, process time will be longer (feeding time and drying time), because at beginning our machine just play as a dryer, more water content, longer drying time needed.

As we know, usually plastics we gathered can not completely dry, it should contain some moisture. So, if you want saving processing time, maybe you can prepare a presser or dryer press the water out before feeding into reactor.

Customer Site 

This client use waste plastics as raw materail, he set up complete system, pyrolysis plant, distillation plant, color and smell removal system. 

Through pyrolysis machine get crude oil. 

Then use distillation machine purify the plastic pyrolysis crude oil. 

Then use some chemicals remove its black color and bad smell, get final bio diesel oil. 

See the yellow oil, it is the oil sample they get through our machine. 

This oil can add into engines and generators directly.
