Q: I am a newer in handbag business, can I make a tried order?

A: Yes, we accept sample order which is less than MOQ. But we need to charge sample fee and you may need to pay shipping cost.

Q: Is sample charge refundable?

A: Yes, we will refund sample fee after confirming order. The cost will be deducted from your order amount or refund to your account.

Q:What is your MOQ?

A: 5pcs/style for stock style, 50pcs/style for custom order.

Q: What is your sample delivery time?

A: Normally it takes 3-7 working days.

Q: What is your lead time for mass production?

A: Usually we need 20-30 days, depends on design and order quantity.

Q: Can you add our own logo on product?

A: Yes, we can add any logo on the product. Just let us know which style you are interested in.

Q: Can I make mix order?

A: Yes. For stock style, you may mix color for 5pcs/style.

For order style, you may mix color for 50pcs/style.
