About Packing

1).If no special request,we will use normal packing,1 opp bag for each product,then 12 pcs to one bigger opp bag.
2).If need special packing or carding ,please list them in your Email.We would like to make the customer wanted packing.
3).We will use safety foam in the CTN to protect products,in order to avoid any damage in delivery.

About Payments

1).We accept Paypal, Western Union, T/T, MoneyGram, L/C
2).30% payment in advance for deposit,70% balance need be paid before delivery.
3).Regular customers place orders in our factory,we can consider using monthly payment. As one month even better.

About Delivery

1).After customer confirming the approval samples, the delivery date will be 5-7 days .
2).If order is not very big,we will send you by UPS,DHL,.tracking number will be advised after delivery.
3).By air or sea through your pointed forwarder is the normal way we do.
4).If you don't have your forwarder,we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to your pointed port.

(1) Customized products

We can customize products as per your request or sample. You can email us to tell us the detailed information about the new product, such as the photos, size,material and quantity you prefer, and then we will check it for you. If we can make it, we will quote you the price and MOQ. And if possible, please send samples to us and so that we can make sure that we can make the product mostly same as the sample.

(2) How is your quality control?

We have a professional QC team with the strong sense of responsibility. We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finished products.  
Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists  to ensure the high quality of our products.
The quality of all material is inspected by National Commodity Inspection Bureau. The semi-products must pass the inspection procedure made by our own QC staff. The final products must to be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment.

(3) If I want wholesale can I enjoy discount?

Firstly, the minimum quantity is for per color/per size/per style, not for the mix color/size/style, except the stock items.  
Most of the items need to meet our minimum quantity, by which we can arrange the production directly.
If you only want to order small quantity as sample, we also would like to offer you if they are in stock, or send the similar items for reference

(4) What should I do if the goods I received have problem?

Generally each order need to be processed with many steps by several departments until arrive at you, such as orders-processing department, finance department, assign department, buyer department, inspecting department, logistics department etc. We are trying our best to control all of the departments to make a good job to make sure our customers can receive the goods with satisfaction.
But sometimes mistake might happen due to some staffer's careless or transport problem, we are always trying our best to improve our managent and service, as well as other aspects.
