The thermal conductivity of this material is reduced compared to stainless steel 430 18/0 by 40 percent and deliver both significant power savings
since the heat dissipation compared to conventional cooking pots made of stainless steel 430 18/0 greatly reduces done to the environment.
The 3-layer of the material is the aluminum core heat control center of the pot.
It ensures the uniform heat conduction both in the soil and to the walls of the inner pot of the pot.
The 430 stainless steel 18/0 has a similar thermal conductivity as water.
