1. This series of machines have the Conventional type and CNC type. The conventional type is represented as "C52_T" the NC-type represented as "CK52_".It is suitable for finely and roughly machining of the internal and external cylindrical surface, inside and outside taper, surfacing, grooving of the ferrous metals, nonferrous metals and some non-metallic materials with high-speed steel ,carbide cutting tools.
2. The main transmission of the lathe is driven by vector frequency system and a continuously variable speed range could be obtained by 2 speed vertical shafting mechanism for 20 tons load,and by 4 speed vertical shafting mechanism for 32 tons load.
3.The worktable spindle is centered by high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings of vvhich the radial clearance is adjustable, the worktable is equipped with constant current hydrostatic guideway, It is thereby able to achieve a high rotary accuracy, Iarge loading and small heat deforrnation.
4.The rail head adopts square ram configuring hydrostatic balance tank,horizontal rapid moving slide carriage is performed by constant current static technology. Horizontal and vertical feed is driven by AC servo system.The variable speed is realized through connecting the planetary reducer to precision ball screw.
5.The basic pads of the machine tools are all casted, processed and assembled in house The casting material is high quality cast iron HT250 Which has Clear removed the casting stress thoroughIy by annealing process and vibratory process. All the guideways Of the bed and column and beam have been supersonic frequency quenched.
6.The lathe with 20 tons load is not equipped with movable work platform,and the lathe with 32 tons load is equipped with movable work platform,the beam and the column under the beam are
Equipped with steel safety cover.
7.Digital control and digital display cold be equipped according to the request of customers.
