Processes

Doll molding and producing process:

1.Wax mold: takes about 10days, we will confirmed the features with customers via pics.

2.Mater mold: takes about 10 days, in this step, only could do a little adjustment.

3.Sample mold: takes about 7days, we will make a nude doll sample.

4.Sample: takes about 5days, rooted hair, make up, install eyes, body stuffing, assemdling.

5.Send out sample for final confirming.

6.Move on to mass production.

7.Clean up.

8.Packing.

9.Shipping.
