1. How long does it gonna take to make a new mold for doll?

     Usually it takes about 30 days to make a now mold.

2. Can I change the skin color of the doll if I place the order?

    Before the order is confirmed, the characters of the doll can be change such as skin color,hair and eyes. Customized is warmly welcomed.

3. How to make a new girl soft doll if I have only a picture ?

  Welcome custom ! If so, please provide us with doll size /body/hair and eyes information, then we can custom a new doll for you.

4. What if the doll baby is damages when arrived?

   We support term-less return within 15 days if any quality problems with the product.
