1.Summary:

Pig Casting Machine(PCM) is used for molton iron continuous casting into slab in blast furance iron making or non blast

furance iron making.lt is to turn over the torpedo ladle car to pour the molten iron by tilting system,and the drive unit drives

the sprocket to turn to push the continuous movement of the pig molds on the chain,with certain auxiliary devices to

complete the whole process.

2.Structual characteristic:

Chain wheel: the structure of pig casting machine chain wheel are assembly parts,made from a mix of sprocket wheel and

the gear teet.Tooth are the wearing parts,so tooth in equipment overhal should be replaced.

The tail wheel bracket:To take all pig casting machine' four driven sprocket assembly on the tail wheel bracket of a wheel,

tail bracket is processed by large steel welding.The tail wheel scaffold structure is advantageous for the cast iron machine

installation to ensure to take each pig casting machine chain with parallelism.

Chain Belt:Between chian plate and roller pin shaft is mounted to brass bushing,match with oil drip lubrication device at the

same time,can effectively prolong the service life of the chain belt.

Cast iron mould:Cast iron mould for a major part of the cast iron machine,cast iron mould quality directly affects the

service life of the cast iron machine and the quality of products.We design the mold for 4-6kg small iron,cast iron is made

of high strength cast iron HT200 contaning chromium.Due to adding chromium iron casting,lt improves the heat resistance

of mold and the mechanical strength.

Transmission device:Except the GZL-60Type cast iron machine transmission part adopts the ZS-145 type slow

conversion,other types of cast iron machine sdopts ZQ-100 with ZQ-50 double reduction units,with tooth coupling,compact

structure,and the drive for total ratio and momentum.Cast iron pause with YCT series electromagnetic speed regulating

motor,Y series motor with frequency conversion governor,or ensure the output torque is constant value,make the cast iron

machine start smoothly,can smoothly within a wide speed range of stepless speed regulating,convenient for staff

according to molten iron traffic choice reasonable speed for production.
