Woking Principle and Characteristic

RY series thermo-compress water distillers are designed according to MVR (mechanical vapor recompression) technology. The evaporator and condenser of a distiller are constructed and build in one container. The heat energy used to keep the continuous evaporation of raw water is provided by compressed steam with high temperature, at the same time, there is no need of cooling water to condense the high temperature steam. The compressed steam are used in a closed system and recycled so that the amount of used steam is reducing by 60%, and the overall energy consumption can be reduced by 50% comparison with the multi - efficiency water distiller. The distillers can produce distilled water with temperature ranging from 35°C to 90°C.  The RY series thermo-compress water distillers have the advantages of easy operation, great output and good quality of water. Especially the machine adopts PLC programmable controller and the liquid level, pressure and water quality are real-time online detected.
