3) Dimension tolerance :

OD:±1%, WT: ±10%

The tolerance value above mentioned should be determined based on the nominal dimension.   

 

4) Straightness: :

Max 3mm over 1000mm for OD<φ180mm, and max 4mm over 1000mm for OD>φ180mm.

 

5) Macro-structure:

General Porosity≤2.5 level, Segregation≤2.5 level.

7) Surface quality:

Surface of the material should be free of defects such as cracks, overlapping, blowhole, scabs, skin slag etc.. Other defects with the depth limited into the WT minus tolerance can be accepted. 

8) Delivery condition: hot rolled.

9) Any matters occurred during production and transactions will be amiably settled down by both parties.
