NOTE:For WT≤8mm,the tube impact test value will not be supplied.

8.Surface quality:

Surface of the material should be free of defects such as cracks, overlapping, blowhole, scabs, skin slag etc.. Other defects with the depth limited into the WT minus tolerance can be accepted. 

9. Delivery condition: hot rolled

 Any matter occured during production and transactions will be amiably settled down by both parties.
