PET preform neck crystallizing machine is used to make the hot-fill PET preforms for all kinds of juice bottles.

It deals the material PET through crystallizing device to improve its property to assure that the bottle could be filled at high temperature of 90 and that the beverage could be preserved for one year at normal temperature.

The PET heat-resisting bottle is widely used for hot-filling beverages such as juice,tea, seasoning tea ...etc.

The hot-filling process through crystallization,because the regular bottle could not be high temperature resistance.
