1. Internal heated industrial print head:
Brand new gray-scale degree KM1024i internal heated industrial print head, gray scale KM1024i (14pl 12kHz) industrial print head, YD3200-KC is widely used in printing industry like Large-scale outdoor advertising . Super slim and space-saving shape of the print head improves print quality and makes the printer design more exquisite. 4-8 pieces of KM1024i heads you can choose. The print resolution is high, the print speed is fast, the ink droplet is more concentrated and the colors are brighter.
The machine structure is reasonable, the whole steel frame structure adopt tempering treatment materials, stable and reliable, good toughness, high strength, wear-resisting, anti-collision anti-deformation, that protect the printers from deformation caused by the long distance transportation and shipping jounce.
Whole steel frame structure tempering treatment,which adopt dual guide rail steel frame structure,print head can be more steady, running can be more stable and faster.
Humanized automatic control design:
Adopts the single servo control of Y axis on both ends of the lead screw, that guarantee the synchronous movement of two lead screw.
Two UV LED lamps, the drying speed is faster and it can achieve bidirectional printing.
Two lead screw guide rail of Y axis, transmit stably, and Y axis motion more accurate, the print error less than 0.01mm.

1. What materials can print on ?
POP board, KT board, Acrylic, organic glass etc. The UV printing reduce much work and trouble like lamination, fading, blistering, and save much working hours. Rigid signs board, hard carton or corrugated paper box, special market(like customize and decoration market): glasses, ceramic tiles, wood, even furniture.
2. production capacity / printing speed
Single head uv printer is 60 sec. For A4 size, dual heads uv printer is 30 sec. For A4 size
3. How to move the machines
UV printers belong to precise instrument, when you move them, please turn off all power, remove the cartridges and waste cartridge, keep other parts on the printer, and handle with care, keep shaking and heavy goods away from the printer.
4. How to make 3D embossed texture ?
Can through two ways to reach 3D feeling: One is change media, by engrave to reach embossed feeling, then print by yotta printers, second is through yotta 3D printing technology, to accumulate UV ink to reach 3D effect. The 3D range will be bigger when use first ways; the second way have the height limit, and this way can re-print to reach more 3D effect, e.g. Mountain, use the second way can reach more Layering.
