Brazing wire/rod/ring/strip  

 

1. Except for amorphous brazing foil, low melting point brazing rod, flux cored brazing wire and brazing flux, all of the brazing filler metals we produced could be made in the sharp of rod, ring, wire, strip, flat wire, granule, etc. Like the following photos.

 

2. Before we quote for you, please inform us your detailed requirement as following:

  1). The factory number of our products, silver content.

  2). Order quantity

  3). Size: diameter, length, width, thickness etc.

 

3. If you don’t know what type of filler metal is suitable for your application, send us a picture of your base metal, or tell us your specific application, size of welding seam, and brazing method so that our engineers could make some professional recommendation.

 

4. About samples, some are free, some are not. 

  1). Free samples: The freight costs are on buyers’ part. 

  2). Paying samples: The sample cost and freight would be deducted from you further order with us.

 

5. We have the below packages for buyer’s choose.

  1).Rods:  

     a. Package One: Inner packing is plastic bags, 2Kgs/bag, 5 Kgs/bag, outer packing is carton.

     b. Package Two: The rods packed in a plastic bag would be put in a colored plastic box. 1kgs/box, 2Kgs/box. 5Kgs/box. Outer packing is carton.

 2). Wires:

a. Package One: Wire on reels. 2Kgs/reel. 4kgs/reel, 5ksg/reel.

b. Package Two: Wire in coils: 2-5Kgs/coil.

Flat wire only has package one choice.

 3). Rings:

   Inner packing is plastic bags, 1-5Kgs/bag, outer packing is carton.

 4). Strips:

   a. Package One: strip in coils: 2-5 Kgs/coil.

   b.Package Two: strips in plastic box.

For more specific package, please call our salesmen.

Custom package is accepted.

 

6. Quote and price.

The prices of most products we produced and sold are not stable. Especially silver filler metal, it follows Yangtze metal spot price of buyer’s inquired day.
