APPLICATION INTRODCTION:

1. 1.      This apparatus is used for distilled water in laboralory.
2. 2.      The water purity distilled by the apparatus is HEATING BY QUARTZ TUBE higher than the purity at qeneral distillatory.
3. 3.      The first,second and third distillation by this apparatus are protected by relay. Safety and reliability.
   1. a.      First, the cooling pipe by distillation is protected by temperature controller.
   2. b.      Second and Third, the cooling pipe by distillation is protected by wire-spring relay controls.
   3. c.       First,Second and Third, the breaker by distillation is protected by Fill-via-graph and wire-spring relay controls.
4. 4.      The Temperature relay controls the water temperature in the first distilling bottle.

Cooling pipe temperature 60℃, Broken the power. 3-5 min spring the power automatically.

1. 5.      These three relays control three quartz heating tubes respectively.
