HUAZHONG HZ-Ag50CNi contains cadmium. And we recommend the use of cadmium-free brazing filler metals because they are safer to use and better for the environment.

 

 

In most cases HZ-Ag60B is a suitable alternative to HZ-Ag50CNi.

Please note that when changing to a cadmium-free product, customers should satisfy themselves that the brazing alloys selected are suitable for their requirements.

Product uses: 

 

It is principally used for the brazing of tungsten carbide to steels components. Whilst they can be used to join all the common engineering materials (excluding aluminum) in practice other silver brazing filler metals may be more suitable.
