ERM series Electronic Relay Module (Perfectly replace traditional relay)
Introduction: Electronic Relay Module is used on force load ability of PLC’s output, it can drive inductive load as 8 bare sizing electro-magnetic valve ,low power DC motor and so on.
Integrating freewheeling diode (FWD), input and output status indicator, optical coupler (OC) etc. are built in and can succeed control major electric current with a low voltage.
Electronic Relay Module ERM series can perfectly work with any output of PLC.
Features
The traditional relay’s service life is short cause of mechanical actions will happen when it is on and off .
However ERM series relay completely settle this problem. ERM series relay use solid state electronic switch , it can allow switch’s frequency is unlimited in theory.
It has temperature protection and overcurrent protection , when the switch’s temperature is high or overcurrent flow by (or load short circuit), it will auto off.
The fastest switching frequency is up to 1 KHz, other wise, PWM control can realize some special control for example heating power control etc.
