What’s Evaluation System? 

NANHAO Evaluation system is a software system designed on the base of analysis of traditional OMR’s advantage and disadvantage, to fulfill huge data input demand in student testing, company evaluation, questionnaire survey as well as other fields. It’s a hi-tech data input software system based on high speed scanning technology, OMR, OCR and barcode recognition technology. 

Advantages of NHII Evaluation system compared with OMR

l Flexible in making the answer sheet:
Users can easily design the answer paper themselves and print in normal paper, no need to order special OMR sheet.

l Low requirement about answer paper printing:

The answer paper can be printed by normal paper (60gsm or above). Photocopying, printing and offset printing are all accepted.

l Convenient in error correction

When some error occurs such as wrong exam ID, repeat exam ID, it’s convenient to make correction by taking the original image, no need to check the answer paper again

l Good compatibility for answer paper

The system is compatible with various kinds of answer paper conveniently and rapidly.

Working process of NHII Evaluation system

 1: Design answer paper

l The system has its own answer sheet generator that can flexibly design answer paper according to the test paper.

l 100% use text editing software (such as MS Word) to complete the answer paper designing, no need for code programming.

l Just input the necessary information (such as title, exam ID bit, objective question’s number and score, subjective question’s number and score), and it can generate the answer paper in MS-word format, and support edit and revise on it freely.

l The system has its own typesetting function of line spacing and character spacing.

2: Design reorganization module 

l Strong answer paper compatibility to flexibly recognize various kinds of answer paper.

l No need of second process for the original image like erasing and editing.

l Guiding design of the module making process, and user can easily operate as the guiding. 

l Simplify the module designing and the system can automatically recognize and match the objective questions’ information matrix. 

l Automatically match the positioning point, accurate in position.

l The objective questions can be copied and available to zoom in and zoom out the module image.

 3:  Recognize answer paper

l Support user-defined answer sheet scanning template (the answer sheet template is not restricted by predetermined format)

l Fulfill the recognition function when there is no positioning point or line in the answer sheeting designing and scanning. 

l Support multiple batch scanning, and permit the scoring while scanning.

l Support the recognition of A/B answer sheet, general barcode exam ID, and QR code exam ID.

l Support various input method of standard answer, such as keyboard input, mouth input, scanning after marked, and excel import.

l Support automatic calibration of personal information on the sheet and detect the wrong student information

l Strong error correction function to put right students’ error mark immediately.

 4: Analyze data and export report

l Generate statistic report quickly and accurately

l Realize one key output for various analysis report

l Support the free choice of various kinds of statistic indicators such as original score, standard score, average score, ranking, selection rate, correct rate, highest score, lowest score, standard deviation, discrimination, contribution value, difficulty level, reliability, Z score, score percentage grade, score distribution, rank distribution and so on.
