1. How can I get sample?

A: After confirm all the details with our sales,then will let our designer to make the samples as you need. After you confirm the sample,we will arrange to send sample to you directly.

2. Will the sample fee be refundable after place order?

A: After you satisfied with our sample,place order to us. The qty up to our MOQ.

The sample fee will be refundable in the deposit or balance.

3. How do your factory keep the luggages good quality?

A: We have 3 strict QC department to keep the good quality luggages.

The first QC department is to make sure our raw material up to the high standard.

The second QC department is semi-goods for checking. If the goods can not meet the customer needs,then they will be returned it to Repair area.

The Third QC department is finished goods for checking. If the finished goods find any mistakes, it never pass through the goods checking.

4. How is your factory goods delivery time?

A: The delivery time will be according to your order quantity. If you need our logo,the delivery time is after received 30% deposit 30-35 days. If you want OEM or ODM service,then it will need 35-40 days.
