1.According to our customer 's requirement , we can make different brand logo and piston package ,

 

2. Any requirements for piston surface treatment , we use different technology such as tinned ,phosphating treatment , anodic treatment , graphite printing , inner cooling channel ,

pin-hole bushing , steel patch insert , pin hole of special shapes ,separated piston type , casting iron piston type .

 

3. Piston material : we can use MAHLER 124 , MAHLER 138 and ,MAHLER 142 from GERMAN material ; and also JAPAN material AC8A and AC9A , China material 108 and 109 . welcome to make order from your requirement . thank you ! 

 

4. For piston CYL DIA : we produce piston diameter within 400mm . (gasoline piston and diesel piston )
