Pressurized solar collector with 70mm metal glass vacuum heat pipe tube
Brief Introduction:
The 70mm metal glass vacuum heat pipe tube is fully evacuated. The solar energy passes though the glass and is absorbed by the selective coating on the aluminum absorber, thus it becomes hot. The heat is transferred directly to the heat pipe, making the heat-transport liquid inside evaporated very fast. The evaporation steam goes up to the condenser on the top and the heat is transferred to the heat transfer fluid inside the pipe, and therefore the heat is kept inside the water tank.
Features:
With characteristic of 30 second heat output and 300 °C condenser stagnation temperature, it can provide more water of higher temperature and have wider applications. “Dry” connection design makes the system workable even though one tube breaks. Excellent insulation enables the collector suitable for any environment all over the world. Recommended installation angle: 15°~90°.
