♥ Usage and Application of double roller crusher :

Double Roller Crusher are used in mining for primary, as well as for secondary and tertiary crushing. The feed material is crushed either by counter-rotating rolls or between the rolls and the crushing plates by outwards rotating rolls. The inclined lateral parts with integrated crushing combs allow a product feed of big lumps. Size reduction is attained by shearing stress and pressure, which are generated by high torques at the crushing roll.

♥ Woring principle of double roller crusher :

Double roll crusher, between two rollers with wedge or spacer adjustable device, with adjustment bolt on top of the wedge device, when the wedge block pulled up by adjustment bolts, the active roller left the fixed wheel by the wedge’ tip, the gap between two roller become larger, the particle size become larger, when wedge block down, the gap becomes smaller, the particle size becomes smaller. Spacer device is through changes its quantity or thickness of to adjust the size of the particle size, increased gasket when two roller gap becomes larger, when increase the gasket, the gap become larger, reduce the gasket, the gap become smaller.
