It is mainly applied to quarry factory to classify big and small size stones, and separate slime and stone powder, quarry factory is use to sand and stone separation, coal industry use to lump coal and powder coal separation and washing (parts of coal; washing plant),chemical industry, mineral processing industry for big size and small size classification and de-sliming or de-watering.
Roller sand screen can be adapted to open-air operations, also can meet the special requirements of closed operation conditions.
Roller Sand Screening Machine main structure
Roller sand screen consists of hexagonal drum, rack, funnel, reducers and motor. Crushed ore feed into trommel,with the help of rotating centrifuge power and jigging to classify materials. And classify from different screen mesh. Different size materials will convey to finished materials after funnel. On one hand, big size materials will flow front along the trommel inclination, and screen out from different mesh. Small size will discharge its own hopper and carry out by hand.
Roller Sand Screening Machine working principle
Roller sand screen utilize Mechanical method, compose a screen surface by sieve bar form into pore. Classify by its weight 3 joint shaft inside trommel is higher than surface, to push up big size material so as to increase classify rate. And the inclination will help it advance, enter crusher finally. Size smaller pore will down through the pore and acquire the final product.
